Cool Cat Games combines guest phone play, staff host controls, and a shared venue display so bars, restaurants, clubs, and event teams can run live game nights from one system.

Current game formats

Four game formats are currently live. Trivia is planned as a future addition and is not represented as a currently available game.

Bingo

Phone-based bingo cards, automated drawing, host controls, winner checks, and a synchronized venue display.

Bar Poker

Guest phone hands, automated dealing, host-controlled rounds, standings, and shared winner displays.

Music Bingo

Theme-oriented bingo rounds with guest phone cards, host pacing, and venue TV displays.

Squares

Digital pick-a-square play for sports nights, watch parties, private events, and winner reveals.

Trivia

Planned for a future release with team play, timed questions, live scoring, and standings.

Venue hardware and deployment

Cool Cat Games can run as a hosted venue games platform or on approved venue hardware.

Minimum local target: 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, SSD storage, and wired Ethernet.

Recommended local target: Intel N100-class mini PC, 8-16 GB RAM, NVMe SSD, and wired Ethernet.

Raspberry Pi option: Raspberry Pi 5 with 8 GB RAM, NVMe SSD, active cooling, and wired Ethernet.

Display: TV, projector, or video wall with a browser-capable or HDMI-connected device.

Staff controls: laptop, tablet, or desktop browser.

Guest access: reliable venue Wi-Fi or cellular coverage for QR-based joining.

Hardware, server setup, travel, and on-site installation are scoped separately from software subscription pricing when required.

Music and venue licensing boundary

Cool Cat Games provides the game platform. It does not include jukebox software rights, public-performance rights, music catalog rights, or other music licensing rights unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Venues using copyrighted music should confirm the appropriate rights and coverage for their event and music source.

No. Guests scan the venue QR code and join from a mobile web browser.

Which Cool Cat Games formats are live now?

Bingo, Bar Poker, Music Bingo, and Squares are current live formats. Trivia is planned as a future format.

What does the venue need to run Cool Cat Games?

A venue needs a TV, projector, or video wall for the shared display; a browser-capable staff device for host controls; and reliable network access for staff and guest phones.

Does Cool Cat Games require a dedicated server?

Not always. Cool Cat Games can be deployed as a hosted venue games platform or on approved venue hardware. A suitable existing server, dedicated mini PC, Raspberry Pi 5 configuration, or managed hardware package can be used depending on the venue setup.

Does Cool Cat Games include music licensing rights?

No. Cool Cat Games provides the game platform. Public-performance rights, music catalog rights, jukebox rights, and other music licensing rights are not included unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

What does Cool Cat Games cost?

Current plans are Founder at $350 activation plus $49.99 per month, Venue Pro at $499 activation plus $99 per month, and Managed Venue at $1,500 activation plus $199 per month. Hardware, server setup, travel, and on-site installation are scoped separately when needed.
